Managing Partner
ANDERSON TAN
Anderson is a Practising Management Consultant (PMC), and a Specialist Adult Educator (SAE). Equipped with a Masters in Lifelong Learning, Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education and Masters in Engineering; and managing several SkillsFuture Singapore Approved Training Organisations, Anderson is knowledgeable in adult learning frameworks and effective in analysising, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning, employability and HRD solutions in organisations.
Anderson is actively working with various governments to export Singapore-branded skills systems to emerging economies like India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand. This is done through Accelebator which is setting up entrepreneurship and skills nodes across various countries.

ERIC TAN
Eric started his career with PwC and later joined SPRING SEEDS Capital as a Senior Investment Manager. Prior to starting his consultancy practice, he also served as the CFO for a local SME in the fast growing Tourism IT space. He has extensive experience in the various aspects of human capital development, financial management, risk management and investment structuring. Eric is a track instructor for the Lean Launchpad programme, supported by National Research Foundation, for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University (SMU). He is also a Lecturer and mentor with NTU, SMU, Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and Action Community for Entrepreneurs (ACE).

MELVIN YO
25 years of experience in internationalization, business development, investment consultancy in multi-industries including Township/Property, LogTech, AR, ICT, Skills Framework, Education, Publishing and Healthcare. Has extensive regional experience in sourcing for business opportunities and handling investment projects in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and China.
